I know how painful it is to feel stuck and in a state of disempowerment. As a Reiki practitioner and Spiritual Life Coach, I wholeheartedly believe in taking a holistic approach to seek out the root cause of your suffering. Reiki, an ancient Japanese hands on healing technique, promotes relaxation and helps to clear out energetic blocks, increasing your opportunity for knowing on every level. So often times it happens that we live on automatic pilot, choosing toxic people, substances, a career, eating habits that keep us living small. Reiki has the ability to rapidly reduce stress levels giving us access to your shadow as well as your higher self. In this space, we face old limiting beliefs and thought patterns and explore other healthy options. My greatest desire for you is to awaken to the magic and joy of being alive. My passion and purpose is to empower you to let go of who you think you should be and instead remember who you are, reclaim your connection to life force energy and rise up into being the highest and truest expression of yourself.

Hello!
I'm beyond grateful that you're here with me right now. My name is Vanessa Viola and I've always believed in the magic of the Universe. As a child, I was able to feel other peoples pain. Wherever the ache was in their body, I could feel it too. It wasn’t until later in life that I discovered I'm an empath. At the young age of 8, I wished upon a star and it came true. I didn’t know then that I was practicing the Law Of Attraction. At 14, whilst attending Catholic private school and studying religions around the world, I came to realize that God is actually within each and every one of us. In my early 30s I was lead to Buddhist philosophy. In 2014, I went through, “The Dark Night of The Soul,” an extremely painful process that lead me to my spiritual awakening. A whole new way of seeing the world opened up for me. Shortly after, Reiki found me and I discovered my life’s purpose- to empower people to connect to their higher self and to empower themselves. Now, using a combination of the transformational tools I've cultivated along the way, nothing brings more fervor to my soul than the possibility of sharing these dynamic practices with you.
